Precision dimension-over-ball and dimension-over-pin gaging for gears, splines, and other part features. Built for shop-floor durability with accuracy and repeatability to 2 microns.
Custom Gaging
Purpose-built inspection gages for part features and applications that standard equipment can’t handle. Designed and manufactured around your specific part geometry, tolerances, and production requirements.
Gear Burnishing Systems
Three-roll oscillating systems engineered to remove nicks, burrs, heat-treat scale, and other surface imperfections from gear teeth. Available in semi-automatic, fully automatic, and custom configurations.

Yes. Send us your gear print, DXF, or part specification. Fixtures are configured to your tooth profile, lead tolerance, and contact ratio, not a standard approximation.

Every fixture and gage is inspected on our in-house CMM before it leaves the building. You receive inspection equipment that's already been verified against your specification.
